MULTI-FAMILY PROJECTS
Harbourtown is a mixed-use Retail / Hotel and Residential development in the heart of historic downtown Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Represented the equity and finance partner in guidance through all aspects of project management, construction, finance and completion.
Coordinated regional building contracts for one hundred homes per year on a 3,500 acre site with over 5,000 house lots, marina, recreation center, two (18-Hole) golf courses, conference center and hotel. Designed new lakefront condominiums.
Multi-Family building in Greenville, South Carolina. Light gauge metal stud infill to steel shell. Build six story building in six weeks upon delivery.
Redesigned site plan and constructed ninety-six units in two phases, with each building a grouping of twelve units.
Site also required sewer lining project coordinated with the Town of Suffield, Connecticut.
Acted as Project Manager for the owner to complete the last phase of condominium unit construction.
Facilitated the sale and development joint venture of this project from the then current Owner to Thorndike Development, who continues to successfully complete all expectations of the Owner.
As Asset Manager, was able to represent the Owner from disposition to completion.
160 unit complex with retail on the first floor. 80 units per phase. Coordinated design, budget and cost saving changes to façade to ensure owner is in compliance with State Budget of Tax Credits. Facilitated environmental site cleanup with coordinating regulatory agencies.
Modified permits to approve a 48-unit building, L-shaped on an existing site. Work included permitting access for the local MBTA station.
Permitted 150 units of affordable housing off Route 28 in Wareham, Massachusetts.
Site included a mix of 3 & 4-story buildings and retention of a commercial lot for the owner along with all local and state permits.
Acted as Project Manager to renovate an existing 20 story and 10 story high-rise building on the Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The owner needed to bring all elements of fire safety and complete a renovation for a 5 story parking garage attached to the site.
Coordinated construction for development of 69 residential units in a mix of 2 & 3-story buildings. Site included a waste water treatment plant redesign.
Acted as Project Manager to renovate an existing 30-story high rise building on JFK Boulevard in Center City Philadelphia consisting of 534 units, 100,000 square feet of commercial and retail space including the addition of a rooftop pool.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Permitted, designed, constructed and leased a 12,000 square foot retail mall servicing upper-end clients.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Owned, permitted and sold residences in a meticulously designed subdivision in Duxbury MA.
Homes showcase elegance and simplicity, nestled in a scenic and wooded neighborhood setting.
Stockbridge Landing is a 68 unit residential neighborhood in Scituate Massachusetts.
Completed all aspects of 40B permitting including any and all state and federal permits necessary to connect to its own Waste Water Treatment Plant.
As Asset Manager, successfully represented the owner from permitting and disposition through joint venture and completion of the project.
Developed 50 units of clustered housing comprised of two and three unit buildings nestled on 50 acres.
