Stockbridge Landing is a 68 unit residential neighborhood in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed all aspects of 40B permitting including any and all state and federal permits necessary to connect to its own Waste Water Treatment Plant. As Asset Manager, successfully represented the owner from permitting and disposition through joint venture and completion of the project.
